Developing People using your new Coaching and Mentoring Skills – ILM course

During my part-time work with Oxford Brookes University, I have been co-designing and delivering an ILM Certificate Course in Coaching and Mentoring (level 5).  We have experienced some really excellent development of skills by colleagues in the University and we are now opening up places on the course to people from other organisations.  The next course starts on 15th October.

This is a practical course which also gives you the necessary theory to understand what is going on in the coaching relationship, how it facilitates people’s thinking and the part you need to play.  You will undertake 12 hours of coaching as part of the course and receive coaching supervision.    There’s more information on our Brookes blog at http://ocsld.brookesblogs.net/2013/03/21/ilm-level-5-certificate-in-coaching-and-mentoring/ where you will also find instructions for getting the full details about the course and applying for a place.
